Tailgating and college go together like buffalo sauce and blue cheese. Speaking of buffalo sauce and blue cheese, have we’ve got an awesome recipe for you to make during your next party or tailgating event.

This recipe is a unique spin on traditionally buffalo wings. Instead, of chicken, it uses cauliflower. So, not only is it super delicious, but it’s also pretty healthy. Your vegetarian friends are going to love that! As will your 2016 resolution to get super fit like Khloe Kardashian.

To make the cauliflower, all you need is butter, hot sauce, lemon, olive oil, salt, water and, of course cauliflower. For the dip, all you need is sour cream, blue cheese, milk, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. The dip uses all low-calorie versions of these ingredients, so again, it’s healthy but still very flavorful.

And hey, even if you don’t have any parties coming up and you’re not really into sports, just make this snack for yourself, and Netflix and chill — you deserve it.
